I think he has been particularly incisive in crafting his list.
Over the next few weeks I am going to examine and discuss the
failings Gove outlines, each in turn. I’m not going to follow the order he
adopted in his speech, but rather the order that I think best reflects the
importance of each failing.
I am starting this week with failings seven and eight, taken
together. These concern organisational and professional learning. They appear
to me to be fundamental. The next post explains why.
